Downloading Intructions

You will recieve a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Within that email are links to download your files. Note that orders containing only digital products, will be completed immediatly and your files will be accessable right away. 

If you are having trouble using the links in the email please read the following:
- Log into your account at www.humandesignpublishing.com.
- Navigate to 'Order Status.' Find your order. Your digital download should be listed and next to it you should see a link that looks like this (Download Files)
 - Click on that and you will be taken to a page where you can download individual files.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We usually ship within 2 business days. Once your package has shipped, you will recieve a confirmation email with tracking information. On rare occasion, some of the items in your order may be out of stock, and we may take up to 5 business days to ship, or we may ship part of your order and ship the rest of the items when we have them in stock again. In the event that we ship you multiple packages, due to an out of stock item, we will not charge you additional shipping.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

Shipping Speed

Media Mail:
Generally 5-14 days
These delivery times are only estimates, as the postal service has no guarantee regarding the delivery time for packages shipped by Media Mail.

First Class:
National - 3-5 days
International - 7-10 days
These delivery times are only estimates, as the postal service has no guarantee regarding the delivery time for packages shipped by First Class Mail.

Priority Mail:
National - 2-3 days
International - 6-8 days
However, these time frames are not guaranteed. Most of the time, Priority Mail is delivered within two days domestically and eight days internationally, but there are exceptions. If there is a weather event or any other circumstance that causes a delay, mail sent Priority might not be delivered for up to four days beyond the advertised time frames.

Express Mail:
National - 1-2 days
International - 3-5 days
This is the only shipping option where delivery time is guaranteed.

Note: For international customers, occasionaly, packages are held up in customs and are delayed. If it has been a month, and you have not recieved your package, please contact us and let us know.

Returns Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for store credit. If you received an incorrect or defective item we will replace it at no extra cost. If we deem it necessary for you to ship back the defective item, we will pay the shipping.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the ‘My Account’ menu and click the ‘Return Item button.’ Please choose a reason why you are returning your time, and what action you would like us to take.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your return once we've received and processed the request. If it has been more then 30 days, and you want to return an item, you can let us know why and we will consider your request.
